We supplied a SKIF Cyclo-F-44.30 filter-cyclone for the aspiration system of a grain processing facility of MHP Group.
The project demonstrates the application of SKIF equipment in grain processing, where reliable dust extraction, stable aspiration system performance, and operational safety are key requirements.
Project Objective
The main objective was to provide a technical solution for cleaning dust-laden air generated during grain transportation, transfer, and processing.
The equipment had to be selected with consideration of the aspiration system parameters, operating conditions at the facility, required capacity, and explosion safety requirements.
Engineering Solution
For this project, the SKIF Cyclo-F-44.30 filter-cyclone was supplied as part of the grain aspiration system.
The scope included:
- selection of the technical solution according to the aspiration system parameters;
- manufacturing of the filter-cyclone;
- integration of a pulse-jet regeneration system for the filter elements;
- supply of the equipment for further installation and integration into the facility’s aspiration system.
The Cyclo-F filter-cyclone is designed to clean dust-laden air generated during grain handling processes, including transportation, transfer, and processing of grain products.
